What is your payment gateway?
Paypal is our payment processing agent. Through Paypal, we accept major Visa and Mastercards and also debit cards and charge cards for certain countries. You may need to register a Paypal account first. Upon checkout, you will be directed to Paypal’s secure site for payment and will be redirected back to us after completing your payment.
I encountered problems while making payments and I am not sure if I have paid. What should I do?
Please write to us and provide us your username, your Paypal address and the total sum that you were paying. We will check our system and verify with our payment processing agent so that you won’t make the same payment twice. Of course we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Is my bank and credit card information secure in the transaction?
We do not store your bank and credit card information when you buy from us. All the payment transaction information is handled by our payment processing agent – Paypal. When you check out, you will be directed to Paypal's website with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your information from being read as it is transmitted through the internet.
