When can I expect to receive my parcel? We strive to dispatch your parcel within 2 working days after receiving the payment for your order when the item you ordered is in stock. We use Malaysian Postal Service for delivery. to enquire about the fee for Express Post before you proceed with your order. We will send you an additional Paypal invoice for any extra in postage you need to pay for Express Post.
What if an item I order is not in stock? While we make sure that all the items put on Summer-Ray.com is in stock, there are times under rare occasions that an item is out of stock or we think the quality of the item is not up to our standard to ship to you and it is the last one we have. If such a case occurs, we will inform you immediately and you can choose either a refund or a replacement.
How much is the total postage for my order? In order to know the total postage for your order, you need to log in to your account with Summer-Ray.com. When you press the check out button, the total postage for the items in your shopping cart will be calculated and the total displayed to you.
How is the total postage calculated? The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on the total weight of all the items in your shopping cart together with their packaging, and it also depends on the location where you want the items to be shipped to. As we need to know your shipping address in order to calculate the total postage, you need to be registered with us. Upon check out, you will be asked to log in to your account if you have not done so.
What should I do if I still do not receive my item after an extended period of time? Please write to us at
. We will provide you with a tracking no. for your parcel where you can enquire at a post office near you. A parcel can sometimes be held at the collection centers waiting for collection when attempts to send the parcel to you have failed. A note may or may not have been left by the postman to inform you about it. We can also help to initiate an enquiry at the post office from here to track down the parcel. This, however, is the last resort as this process can take a rather long time since the tracking request is sent manually by Malaysian Postal Services to your country's postal services.
